Marc Wannenmacher was a great help coming over late on a Friday to help with my laptop playing up, software crashing, being sluggish and not functioning well. He persisted long after his hour was up, and taught me things that I can do to fix on my own next time. He is all about helping customers rather than focusing on making money. Thanks Marc!
